Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly Subscription options are as follows:

• Unlimited Messaging Counseling Standard: The counselor responds to your messages daily via instant messaging daily for 5 days out of the week.

• Unlimited Messaging CounselingPlus: The counselor responds to your messages daily via instant messaging daily for 5 days out of the week + 1 live videoconference session/month.

• Premium Subscription: 4 live video conference sessions/month + unlimited instant messaging for 5 days out of the week.

**SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE BILLED MONTHLY AND CAN BE CANCELLED AT ANY TIME. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT BACK NOR PARTIAL REFUNDS IF YOU CANCEL IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. HOWEVER, SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE TO YOU UNTIL THE LAST DAY OF YOUR CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION. SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE TO YOU FROM THE TIME YOUR INTAKE PROCESS IS COMPLETE AND PAYMENT FROM YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS RECEIVED.
